Refund policy

We hope you love your A.C.N.E. Solutions products. However, in the event you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or you ordered in error, you are welcome to return any product(s) within 30 days of your purchase for store credit. Due to our stringent quality and safety standards, we cannot accept products that have been opened, used or altered. We do not offer refunds at this time.

Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost, and we are not liable for any return packages lost or damaged during transit. We recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance to ensure the safe return of your items. Free items and shipping charges are not eligible for store credit.

When we receive your product(s), we will send you an email with a coupon code in the amount of the product's value. Items returned over 30 days after purchase are ineligible for store credit and will not be returned to the customer.

Eligibility for Store Credit:

1. Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a store credit.
2. Condition: Products must be returned in their original, unused, and unopened condition. We do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or altered. 
3. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) must be provided to process the credit.

Non-Eligible Items:

• Gift cards
• Products marked as final sale
• Promotional items received as part of a special offer
• Products included as part of a system, kit, or bundle.

Additional Information:

• Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
• Exclusions: This refund policy does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized retailers or third-party sellers.
